We aim to provide high-quality football boot decals and ensure every customer is satisfied with their order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.

For customers outside the European Union, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged
• There is a printing or quality issue (e.g. incorrect colors or defects)
• The item is significantly different from what was ordered

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

If approved, we will either:

• Send a replacement at no extra cost
• Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, don’t worry — we’ve got you.

Contact us with your order number, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost. There is no need to wait for postal investigations.

What is not covered

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind (except where required by EU law)
• Incorrect orders made by the customer
• Minor variations in color or design that do not affect product use
