Shipping Times & Rates

All shipping times below are estimates and do not include our processing time (1–3 business days).

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Croatia: 1–3 business days (excluding processing)
• Europe: 3–7 business days (excluding processing)
• International: 7–14 business days (excluding processing)

Shipping Method: We ship all orders using HR POŠTA postal services. Shipping options are shown at checkout.

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs or postal delays.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, we will always do our best to assist you if any issues arise.

Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.
